Information
Please note that we have a 60 day warranty on item(s) purchased
from masterinkjets and any request made after the warranty
has expired unfortunately will not be fulfilled. The warranty
starts from the original ship date. Warranty for any replacement
item(s) is continued from the original warranty and does not
start new.

Replacement
Policy (Does
not cover Refill Service see below)
If we replace any item(s) within our normal warranty period,
we will provide a pre-paid postage return mailer or return
service label for you to return the item(s). We require you
to return the original item(s) that in the return mailer or
by using the return service label provided within 14 business
days from the date of receipt. Any item(s) we replace carry
the remainder of the original warranty. The warranty for replaced
item(s) does not start a new warranty period. (Replacement(s)
sent to Canadian customers unfortunately will not be provided
a return mailer or return service label for returning original
item(s) due to issues beyond our control. We apologize for
any inconvenience this may cause. You will need to send back
the original item(s) to our address listed in the About us
Page within the time frame specified under our replacement
policy or you may call our Customer Support Department for
more information if needed).

Warranty
Policy for Refill Service Cartridge(s)

In
order to receive a refund for any refilled service(s) DO NOT
RETURN THE CARTRIDGES TO US but contact our support deptartment.
and they will help you with the problem. The cartridges sent
to our refill service are your property. We are responsible
only for the ink and testing. If cartridge(s) are not serviceable,
you may receive a refund or credit for toward a remanufactured
cartridge(s). If your request is beyond the warrantee period,
we will not be able to process your request. If items are
returned in our mailers you will be charged the postage on
the return. If in doubt call us 916.481.3479.

Return
Policy for Refunds

You
may return any item(s) that you have purchased from masterinkjets

If you are returning any item(s) less than 75% full as defective,
we will not be able to fulfill your request for a refund.
Please include a note with your return with the following:
The name on the order, the address the order was shipped to,
the e-mail address used for the order and a phone number to
contact you if needed. If any replacement item(s) were sent
out to you, a refund will not be issued unless the original
item(s) and the replacement item(s) are returned within our
warranty period. If the item(s) returned meet the requirements,
your refund will be issued by the same method of payment you
used to purchase the item(s) less any original shipping and
handling cost unless, your request is made after the first
60 days of your purchase.
